UK Military Bases to House Asylum Seekers in Bid to Cease Hotel Accommodation
Numerous refugee applicants might be housed in armed forces facilities as the authorities aims to terminate the reliance of hotel accommodations.
Discussions are underway regarding the conversion of two locations - a facility in Scotland and a second in the south of England - for housing for nine hundred males.
The government leader has directed Domestic Affairs and Defense Department representatives to expedite initiatives to locate appropriate defense facilities.
The ruling party has committed to end the operation of asylum hotels, which have consumed substantial taxpayer money and become a focal point for anti-asylum seeker rallies.
Proposed Defense Facilities
Individuals may be accommodated in the Cameron military facility in Highland region and East Sussex training site in East Sussex by the final days of the upcoming month.
Manufacturing locations, interim housing and vacant properties are also being considered for possible utilization.

Current Accommodation Statistics
Nearly 32,000 individuals seeking protection are presently being accommodated in temporary lodging, representing a reduction from a peak of more than fifty-six thousand in last year.
A newly released analysis found that multiple billions of public funds had been "wasted" on migrant shelter.
Prior Military Site Operation
Two previous defense facilities - MDP Wethersfield in Essex and the Napier facility in Kent - are presently being used to house asylum seekers after being established under the former government.
